Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us via the form on our contact page as soon as you would like to cancel or change your order. If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel or change your order as you wish. However, if your order has already been processed, this will not be possible. In this case, you can return your order for a refund once it has been received (please see the return’s policy in our webshop terms & conditions, or in the FAQ below).
