Pepperoni Pizza Bites

How to make:

– Preheat the oven according to the instructions on your chosen pastry.
– Grease your Yummy Tray with some butter.
– Cut the pastry into pieces large enough to cover the mold shapes in your Yummy Tray and extend slightly over the edges.
– Combine the tomato sauce with dried oregano to your taste.
– Once your Yummy Tray has all the pastry pieces ready, fill them with sauce, pepperoni (or your choice of meat), and a sprinkle of cheese.
– Use the remaining pastry pieces from the beginning, join them together, and roll them out to minimize waste.
– Cut these leftover pastry pieces into smaller segments to “seal” the bottoms of your mini pizza bites.
– If desired, apply an egg wash at this stage.
– Follow the instructions on the puff pastry package to bake until golden and delicious. Our Yummy Tray is oven-safe and made of food-grade silicone! (Note: bake WITHOUT the lid 🤗).
– Let them cool down, remove from the tray, and pack them for on-the-go in our convenient Yummy Bags.

They are also perfect for school lunches, and your kids will love them! 🙌🏻
